I'm Ruth Inman, and throughout more than a decade of successful livestock show and sale administration, I've developed sophisticated processes supported by advanced technology that can make your event run smoothly. Why Work with Me?

Turnkey Service

I've done this before and done it well. You can trust that when you work with me, you tell me what you need, and I take care of everything else.

Meets Legal Requirements

Did you know there are legal requirements for accepting payments online? Using personal Venmo or PayPal is a risky move. Don't take that chance!

Technical Know-How

Systems, processes, technology, and helping people make me happy. Really! Why waste time researching solutions or learning a skill when I already know how to do it?

My Services

Set your show up for success with online pen sales and trailer spot reservations. You set the prices and quantity and tell me when you want to start and stop sales, and I take care of everything else, including:

  • Hosting a website that adheres to the legal requirements for eCommerce (including merchant account registration, terms and conditions, privacy policy, and more)

  • Paying web hosting fees and payment processing fees (credit card and PayPal) on your behalf

  • Scheduling when sales start and end

  • Fielding customer questions and support

  • Sharing a full report of sales and associated details with you in advance of your show

Electronic Show Entry Submissions

Say goodbye to manual data entry, complex systems for online forms, clunky spreadsheets, and show-day stress, and let me help you with your show entries. I can provide:

  • Mobile-friendly online entries with custom fields specific to your show (I pay technology-related fees for hosting, etc. on your behalf)

  • QR code linked to entry form that can be printed on entry cards and displayed at the show

  • Email confirmation for submissions

  • Tutorial about how to access submissions

  • Optional: Hard copy entry card design and printing

* Does not include in-person administration of entries or class breaks, but those services can be negotiated.

Award Banner Design and Printing

I have a special place in our heart for designing award banners. To streamline the process, I provide turnkey design and delivery - we'll coordinate the production, printing, and delivery of all the banners. My favorite part? Seeing the smiling faces of award winners proudly displaying their banners on social media after a big win. Visit my personal website to view graphic design samples.

Little things make big things happen, and livestock sales are big things! Let me handle the details of your livestock sale, including:

  • Coordination of consignments (online submission form with QR code)

Ruth has been with us since the start of our Banner and Buckle Bonanza Shows. We needed some one to lean on when it came to selling pens and trailer spots. Ruth made it easy. We tell her what we need and she makes it happen - all we have to do it collect our money prior to the show. She handles it all. It’s more organized and effective than we could do it. In turn, that gives us more funds to put back into our show."
